Smart Catan

A physical board with digital assistance: real tiles and pieces, people around a table, and less bookkeeping between turns.

This wiki explains the seven-hex prototype and the intended path to a 19-hex board. It describes the architecture being developed; examples are design contracts, not evidence of running firmware.

The main controller, pin allocation, resistor assignments, contact design, and wire protocol still need definition. Those limits are explained on the relevant pages and collected in open questions.
